Architectural & Landscape Standards
The overall appearance of the Fairwater Community site is governed by Architectural and Landscape Standards and the Community Management Statement which ensures that there is uniformity and consistency in the dwellings and improvements. These standards specify the approved materials, colours, landscaping, roofing and restrictions on changing the external appearance of the site. These standards are listed hereunder and it is a requirement that any proposed structural changes such as pergolas, awnings, colour changes or external installations such as aerials or sattelite dishes need to be referred to the Fairwater Executive Committee for consideration. Enquiries are to be directed to the Executive Committee Secretary in writing. The protocol for applying for alterations, additions and changes to property is shown hereunder:
