Introduction
The Fairwater Community is located in the Eastern precinct of Breakfast Point and consists of 16 Town Homes located along Breakfast Point Boulevarde, 24 Apartments in Fairwater Close and number 34 and 36 Admiralty Drive. The Community is managed by an Executive Committee comprising of elected representatives from the town homes and a representative of Fairwater Apartments. Fairwater Apartments have a separate Executive Committee which manages those buildings and strata common areas. In addition to the residences there are common areas which include the pool & BBQ area and community room. The pool area is available for the use of residents and their guests as is the community room which can be booked for private events.
